Returns

You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to make a return.

You want to return an item? It's easy! You have 2 different options:

- RETURN TO MONDIAL RELAY 4€.

Go to your customer account, then to "my orders" and click on "Return Mondial Relay 4€".
All you have to do is download and print!
Return your package to the nearest relay point (Mondial Relay), 4€ will be deducted from your refund.
(Service reserved exclusively for metropolitan France, Luxembourg and Belgium)

- RETURN AT YOUR EXPENSE

Returns are made by Colissimo la Poste, at your expense, to the following address:

In order for us to accept your return request, the shoes must be returned

- Unworn. It is recommended that you try the shoes on a carpet or rug to avoid soiling or scratching them. The bags must be in perfect condition and returned with all parts.
- With their original box (important: do not stick anything directly on the shoe box. The shoeboxes must not be used directly for shipping, they must be packed)
- Accompanied by the preparation voucher.

REFUND INFORMATION :

For technical reasons we no longer make exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we advise you to send back the article in question and recommend the one you want directly.

The refund will be made with the same method of payment as the one used for your order:

- refund to your Paypal account if you paid with Paypal
- refund to your bank account if you paid by credit card (the operation will take 2 to 3 days to appear on your account)
- refund by check if you paid by check

Our team processes returns within 7 days of receipt of the package. Thank you for your patience after sending us back a package (refund time 7 days maximum)

Other information:

- The costs and risks of return are the responsibility of the customer
- The returns in port due or against refunding will be systematically refused
